末伏[ mò fú ]

⒈ 夏天最热的时期是三伏，即初伏、中伏和末伏，各占十天(中伏有时为二十天)。中伏之后十天是末伏。英the last of the three ten-day periods of the hot season;

⒉ 上述末伏所占十天中的第一天也叫末伏，即立秋后第一个庚日。英the first day of the last period of the hot season;

⒈ 农历指从立秋后第一个庚日起共计十天的一段时间。也叫终伏、三伏。参见“伏日”。
