Referees are truly Team One because we are all one team, and without referees there is no football. We discussed how we must continue to bring innovation and do everything possible to support referees on the field. We can always do better by strengthening cooperation, developing new and young referees, improving the video assistant referee (VAR) system, enhancing the flow and speed of the game, training, development and continuously refining the Laws of the Game.
