铁路头条【5.84亿欧元！葡萄牙高铁列车招标启动 阿尔斯通、西门子为主要竞争者】葡萄牙国铁近日启动招标，采购12列高速列车，用于里斯本-波尔图高铁线路，招标金额5.84亿欧元。

投标截止日期为7月2日，预计2027年第一季度授标。首列列车须在2031年第一季度交付，全部列车将在2032年第三季度交付完毕。

Portugal — National operator CP has launched a tender for up to 20 high-speed trains for the future Porto – Lisbon high-speed line. The government-approved base order covers 12 trains worth €584 mln, including depot equipment and two years of maintenance. Bidders must demonstrate experience operating high-speed rolling stock in Europe, with preference given to an articulated formation running on two-axle intermediate bogies. Each train must reach at least 300 km/h and seat no fewer than 500 passengers. Operation is planned on 1,668 mm gauge, but the design must allow for conversion to 1,435 mm. The first train is due for delivery in 2031.

基础订单12列，另设8列增购选项。列车最高运行速度须超过300公里/小时，座位数不少于500个。列车须配备无障碍设施、自行车存放区、Wi-Fi、USB-C接口和视频监控。轨距采用伊比利亚标准（1668毫米），设计须预留未来转换为欧洲标准轨距（1435毫米）的技术条件。

预计阿尔斯通和西门子是此次招标的主要竞争者。
