年轻女性被告知每3年做一次巴氏涂片检查，以“预防”宫颈癌。

但用于刮取宫颈的刷子是用环氧乙烷消毒的……一种已知的致癌化学物质。

这其中的讽刺真是太离谱了。

Young women are told to get a Pap smear every 3 years to ‘prevent’ cervical cancer.

But the brush used to scrape the cervix is sterilized with ethylene oxide .. a known cancer-causing chemical.

The irony is wild.
